Cheddar Cheese Stuffed Meatloaf

0 Preheat oven to 375F.
4 In a large mixing bowl, add in all your meatloaf ingredients except the cheddar cheese. Mix together until well combined (don’t be afraid to use your hands)!
1 In a 9x5 loaf pan, add in half the meat mixture. Add cubed cheddar cheese to the center in a line. Top with the rest of the meat and press down.
2 Bake for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, mix together the glaze ingredients in a small bowl. Take out meatloaf & brush the glaze on top. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the internal temp is 165F degrees.
3 Let cool for about 15 minutes then slice! We paired ours with potatoes & broccoli. Enjoy!
